You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed and all transactions executed — is your responsibility regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally. You must notify w786 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting support via the on-site live chat function.
w786 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all members. You agree to provide any documents or information requested by w786 for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, address, or source of funds. You may request closure of your w786 Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your originating PKR payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
w786 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your w786 Account Balance within minutes of confirmation. Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the processing schedule of the relevant bank. w786 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by w786 within one business day of approval, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. w786 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
w786 reserves the right to require that deposited funds are wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal can be processed, in order to prevent fraudulent deposit-and-withdraw activity. Any such requirement will be clearly communicated at the point of deposit where applicable.
All Accounts held by Pakistani members are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fee is applied by w786. Any charges imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside the control of w786 and are your responsibility.
All Wagers placed on the w786 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published within the Platform. w786 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Wager at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event where the result is already known or where irregular betting patterns are detected.
In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL fixtures, volleyball, UFC, and other live events are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules. Bets accepted in error after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. Odds displayed during in-play events are indicative until confirmed by the w786 trading system.
A Wager may be declared void where: the event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being determined; the Wager was placed on an incorrect market or at an erroneous price due to a manifest error; or where regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate voiding. You are solely responsible for all Wager decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w786's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
